🔎 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the integration efforts between our customer (world-class energy transition company) and Smarkia. The objective is to establish a robust real-time and AI analytics layer.

🔗 The customer has an increasing demand for advanced data analysis and real-time monitoring to optimize operations and enhance overall efficiency. This integration bridges the divide between technological innovation and sustainable energy practices.

📝 Your mission as Project Manager Energy will be…

👉 Project Planning and Execution:

✔ Execute the project plan for the integration, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.

✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

👉 Stakeholder Management:

✔ Coordinate customer & internal teams and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration, fostering strong partnership.

👉 Technical Integration:

✔ Work closely with IT teams to implement necessary software and hardware configurations.

✔ Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to implement advanced analytics solutions.

✔ Ensure the reliability and accuracy of integrated systems.

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

👉 Documentation and Reporting:

✔ Maintain comprehensive documentation of the integration process, including configurations, customizations, and workflows.

✔ Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.

✔ Having overall responsibility for management project schedules ensuring clear, timely and accurate information is provided to Project Management and the wider Leadership team.

✔ Proactively lead the Risk and Opportunity Management process ensuring all Risks are identified and are being effectively managed throughout the Project Lifecycle.

✔ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of initiatives.

✔ Regularly report on project progress and KPIs to stakeholders.

✈ Occasional travel to the USA for in-person client meetings or event attendance.

🎯 You will be the ideal profile if…

📚 Engineer’s degree with a technical background as a requirement.

💡 Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing IT projects, particulary related to photovoltaic and energy.

✔ PV Plant deployment and monitoring, understanding PV and BESS operations, terminology and configurations.

✔ EV station deployment and monitoring.

✔ Electricity market and utility tariffs and retail energy information.

✔ Data models.

✔ O&M PV, BESS and EV infrastructures.

✔ Basics about AI and algorithm development.

✔ Knowledge about software development life cycle and methodology.

🗣 English proficiency levels (C1-C2) with proven experience in applying in the energy sector.

📊 Proactive and adept at problem-solving.

👀 Strong analytical skills.

🤝 Collaborative teamwork capabilities in an entrepreneurial environment.

📨 Effective liaison and reporting with other company departments.
